Module D

Between 1892 and 1936, William and João Graham, managers of a textile factory located on the grounds of this development, ordered the construction of a house to live in with their families. We are rehabilitating this house to build 3 incredible homes in the center of Porto.

Preserving history and adapting it to new needs has been a challenge that we present to you today in 3 proposals that you can see below (DA, DB, and DC).

All homes have a private garden, garage, and an elegant facade with allusions to English architecture, in which we preserve, among other details, the wooden shutters on their windows.

Inside, we preserve the idea of a cozy, simple, and elegant style. Simplicity and naturalness united under a single design.

This residential development is being evaluated by Breeam International, the world’s most rigorous sustainable construction certifier, so you will not only be investing in a home, but in health, savings, and well-being.
